The Russian MFA declared about possibility appeals in the International criminal court in Hague and Strasburgskiy court with a request to investigate the circumstances of death of the Russian peacemakers in South Ossetia, passes RIA of New.
Deputy of chapter of foreign Ministry Gregory Karasin in an interview for western journalists declared: " I do not eliminate, that Hague, Strasburg and institutes, in other cities will be brought over to investigation of these crimes and this superhuman drama which performed'". Karasin reminded that many of the Russian peacemakers had been killed Georgian soldiery, and described what be going on event as " military crime".
The circumstances of death of peacemakers are already investigated by the Main military office of public prosecutor of Russian FEDERATION.
Before the president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev named what be going on event in South Ossetia «humanitarian catastrophe". Declared that the guilty must bear responsibility, including with the use of international legal norms.
Eighth August, since it was known about death of the Russian citizens on territory of Georgian-Ossetia conflict, to South Ossetia the Russian tanks and armored troop-carriers were entered. Ninth August a martial law was entered in Georgia.
